Helping teens identify their anchors for hope, happiness, and life in an effort to reduce teen suicide. What’s your anchor?

Mission Statement:

To help teens identify their anchors for hope, happiness, and life in an effort to reduce teen suicide.

What’s YOUR anchor?

Vision Statement:

A world without teen suicide.

Our mission is to prevent suicide among teenagers by providing support, resources, and education to promote mental health and well-being. We strive to create a world where every teenager feels valued, supported, and empowered to seek help when needed. We believe that suicide is preventable, and we are committed to raising awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to promote resilience, foster hope, and empower teenagers to overcome the challenges they face. Our ultimate goal is to save lives and create a brighter future for all teenagers.

In a recent survey*, 22% of high school students said that they had seriously considered suicide within the past year, up from 16% in 2011.

Meet Annie

Annie made the choice to end her life after years of struggling with depression and anxiety. She battled her illness with courage and bravery for years. We love her and miss her, and cannot imagine the pain she was in, a pain so intense that dying seemed to her to be the best solution.

We hope no other teen makes the same choice.

What’s your anchor?

Finding an anchor can be an effective way to stabilize mental health during challenging times. An anchor is something that provides a sense of stability and security in our lives. It can be a person, a place, a routine, or an activity that helps us feel grounded and centered.

“And it's not too late for Annie, she could be next to you
Don't miss the chance to tell her before her life is through”
