CEO and Founder of Annie’s Choice. She’s Annie’s mom and an employment attorney with a heart for teens.

Roni is our CFO and grant writer. She is wicked with a spreadsheet, and savvy in getting funds allocated to Annie’s Choice.

Pam is the COO of Annie’s Choice, and our Clinical Director, overseeing and managing our therapist partners. She also provides the initial vetting of new therapist partners. Pam provides counseling for teens as an expert in trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ related issues, depression, anxiety, life changing adjustments, and athletics. Pam has a beloved passion for teens.

Kelly is the Director of Youth Ministry at First United Methodist Church of Jupiter/Tequesta. She is also the Dance Coach at Jupiter High School. Kelly loves teens big and unconditionally!

Gina owns her own dance studio, Venom Dance, and was Annie’s dance coach at Jupiter High School in 2022. Gina is dedicated to excellence and is highly motivated to succeed.

Susan has both a clinical and a business background in mental health. She loves working with teens and the agencies and individuals devoted to supporting them.
